Navigating the Dashboard
When you log in, you land on your dashboard. This is where you manage and open all of your process maps.
On the left hand side of the dashboard you will find:
A search bar for finding maps by name.
Spaces, which work like folders for organizing your maps.
Tags, which you can use to label maps with one or more keywords.
Because a single map can carry multiple tags, tags give you a second way to group and search for maps that sit in different spaces. For example, you could tag maps across several spaces with "Finance" and pull them all up at once, regardless of which space they live in.
On the right hand side of the dashboard you will see your maps, along with a toggle that lets you switch between viewing your FixFlow maps and your Canvas maps.
Organizing Maps with Spaces and Tags
Spaces act as folders for your maps.
To add a new space, click the plus button next to Spaces.
To rename a space, click the edit button on that space.
Tags let you label a map with one or more keywords so you can find it later, even if it sits in a different space.
To add a new tag, click the plus button next to Tags.
To rename a tag, click edit on that tag.
You can apply as many tags as you like to a single map, which makes it easy to search across spaces rather than being limited to browsing one folder at a time.
Switching Between Organizations
If you are part of more than one workspace or organization, you can switch between them from the top right hand corner.
Click on your name in the top right corner.
A menu will open showing which organization or workspace you are currently in.
Select a different workspace from the list to switch into it.
This is especially useful if you work across multiple client workspaces, or if you belong to more than one organization's workspace.
