Using the Workflow Overview Panel
Both FixFlow and Canvas maps include a Workflow Overview panel, which gives you a single place to manage the details of your process outside of the step by step map itself.
From the Workflow Overview you can see and manage:
The people assigned across the map's steps
The tools used, and which steps they are used in
The links that have been added to steps
The workflow's name
The spaces the workflow belongs to, and the tags applied to it
Renaming and Reorganizing a Workflow
To rename a workflow, open its Workflow Overview panel and update the name field directly.
To reorganize a workflow, use the same panel to:
Move the workflow into a different space
Add or remove tags
This mirrors the organization tools available from the main dashboard, so you can tidy up a workflow's organization without leaving the map itself.
